Because most of our goods are supplied to the trade, prices displayed on this site are not inclusive of VAT until it is added at the Checkout.

Collecting goods
Goods ordered from this site can be collected from our Wigan depot. If collecting, please remember that most of our products are 3 metres long so ensure you bring an appropriate vehicle. When ordering for collection, please ensure you receive confirmation that your order has been accepted and allow at least 24 hours before collecting your order. See our map below for directions.

Delivery charges
Due to the unusual size of our products, delivery is calulated based on the weight of the order and the delivery location (normally distance from Wigan) this is calculated by our online system while processing your order. To give an idea of our delivery costs two examples are shown below:

Consignment less than 25kg delivered to YORKSHIRE
Standard Shipping: £7.87
Next Day: £10.63
Consignment less than 100kg delivered to CORNWALL
Standard Shipping: £35.13
Next Day: £47.44

Dispatch and delivery time
We normally dispatch our orders within the next working day of receiving them.
Standard delivery is 1-2 working days.
Next Day delivery (not guaranteed) if the consignment is not delivered on time, the extra cost over standard delivery will be refunded.

Orders to locations not specified in our Check Out
Our site is configured to calculate delivery charges for postal areas within most of the UK. We can arrange alternate shipping for most locations. Please contact us to arrange delivery before placing your order.

Checking on the status of your order
Please use our online ORDER STATUS feature. This will tell you whether your Order is being processed, packed or shipped. Please note we will only dispatch and ship orders within our opening hours (see above.)

Stock Availability
Our stock is constantly replenished, but very occassionally a product may be unavailable. In this instance we will advise you of the situation and the due date of the product and you will have the option to cancel or amend your order.

Returns
All of our products undergo a strict quality control process. In the unlikely event that the product you receive is not up to the standard you expect. You may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a compete refund or replacement.
